Bockingford watercolour paper is manufactured in Somerset, England. Made with true craftsmanship, the paper is made with woollen felts using the cylinder mould-making process. This gives the paper superb surface stability making it less likely to buckle and bow (cockle) with the use of water.
Bockingford mould is made from 100% photographic quality wood pulp. Acid free and buffered with calcium carbonate to give long life properties unaffected by atmosphere acidity. Free from optical brightening agents. Bockingford is colour stable and will not change colour when exposed to light. Lignin-free and archival safe.
Suitable for watercolour, drawing, gouache, charcoal and printmaking.
